kara-karina@Nocturnal Book Reviews
Hello, me dears!
Thanks to Kathy again for the incredible amount of work she inputs in her hops. She is absolutely fantastic, and it's because of her I've been participating in the most awesome giveaways since I've started this blog.
The rules are simple.
My giveaways are almost always open to all like this one.
If you live outside The Book Depository service, check that Fishpond.com has the book you want, because these guys send their books everywhere with no charge.
There will be ONE winner choosing ONE book.
Here is what I'm giving away as thanks to all the people who read my blog:
You can see that this is a mishmash of genres, but what unites these books is that they are the underdogs. Fabulously written, but not very well known.
Here is the list of my reviews for these books:
Slated | The Dark Heroine | Phoenix Rising | Boyfriend From Hell | The Gathering Storm | A Spy In The House | After The Golden Age | Babylon Steel | White Tiger | The Informationist | Angelfall | The Language of Flowers
Good luck!

In case of zombie apocalypse
Hey, guys! I feel like I should say this just in case :)
If you'd like to sponsor a fellow book addict who sometimes can't sleep at night worrying that she won't have enough books to read if internet goes down in the event of zombie apocalypse (I'm convinced it's one of the top five ways to go for human race) you can donate through Paypal to olivesandacorns at gmail dot com or buy a book through any of the links provided with my reviews which will send me a small percentage from the sale. All proceeds will go towards my enormous TBR. I will also shelter you on the remote farm in Portugal when zombie apocalypse starts provided you survive getting there. There will be books, yay?
Thank you! Love you all

^^
A pleasure, miki! ;)
gathering storm .fingrs crossed
It's a fantastic book, Roro! Good luck!
Ooh, what to pick! So many great books, thanks for the chance!
Hehe, now I'm curious what you'd pick, Carmel! :)
ur giveaway is awesome !!!
thx u so much for the chance :)
-nurma-
thank you darling for the giveaway!
Pick me! Pick me! You can always send me Peculiar Occurrences and/or Angelfall if you like, you know! ;)
Seriously, torn between the two. Want to read more excellent steampunk in 2013, and heard too many good things about Angelfall (£4.37 on BD!!).
Thanks for making it international, I really appreciate that! ;)
And I also like that you chose "underdogs" otherwise it seems that everyone`s reading all the same new/commercial books and sometimes it is so annoying.
Thanks again! :)
Dita, I usually try to choose less mainstream books because it's a shame when everyone discuss only the biggest books of the year and forget about the rest of them. :) Good luck!
Hannah, you never know, I might play a fairy god mother this Christmas :))
Nurmawati and D., always a pleasure! :) Good luck!
Slated..woot! woot!
So many good choices! But I am thinking Angelfall as I have been told it's awsome
Kimberly, you have to read it! It's so good!
Blodeuedd, you see what I say about underdogs! You've heard it's awesome but haven't read it yet. it's totally awesome!
Hi, there!
I'm speechless...this is such a BEAUTIFUL blog!! In fact, it's precisely MY type of blog! I love the rich, complex design!!
I know I don't have to follow you to enter this giveaway, and THANKS SO MUCH for the free entry, but I decided to anyway, because I think your blog is so GORGEOUS. (Of course, I also LOVE the content, lol.) So I'm following with Linky Followers. My icon shows Bella and Edward, from The Twilight Saga.
Anyway, THANKS LOADS as well for the GREAT giveaway!!! : )
P.S. I just noticed that you do have a GFC widget (I hadn't noticed), so I'm following with that, as well! My icon is Edward's face!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! : )
Awww, thanks, Maria! Happy thanksgiving to you too, sweetie! I've followed you back :)
GFC widget is pretty bad on some of the blogs (like on mine) sometimes it's there sometimes it's not, so I've just provided the link on the top (glad you found it)! Good luck with the giveaway!
Beautiful selection! I can see at least two I'd be reeeally interested in :) Thank you for your great giveaway!
I'm very glad, Lynne! :) I've looked at your blog and can guess that you might like Babylon Steel and Angelfall, am I right? LOL Good luck!
Wow! Thanks for this giveaway... ^_^ I would love to read angelfall
I'm curious over After the Golden Age :D Thanks for the giveaway !
Majuchan, Acrisalves, both are awesome reads! Good luck! :)
Thanks for participating in the hop and for the giveaway opportunity. You have several that I have on my wishlist. Guess I like 'Underdog' books too.
Great choices! They all look like great reads! Thanks for the chance!
Sophia Rose, Alina, good luck! ;)
