IMM#38

Good morning, everyone! I hope your weekend is good and long just like mine:) We are celebrating Queen Jubilee here, which means that i'm not working Sunday but start on Tuesday instead :)

Here is what I have in my mailbox...

Egalley

I loved book #1 Firelight, so Moonglow is a must read for me! Thank you, Grand Central Publishing!

For review

I totally blame Hannah for that, who dragged my kicking and screaming self into a blog tour for this book :) However, looking at the premise me thinks it's totally my cup of tea...

Bought

We are going to sunny Portugal for a week in the end of the month and these are my holiday reads :) Fifty Shades Freed was £2.70 on Kindle or £3.00 paperback, so I just had to buy it, and Captivated received a gorgeous review from Katiebabes, and I was intrigued enough to splash out to see what was all that gushing about...
Dear Author recommended this book in great detail, and their recommendations work for me most of the time, plus it was only £2.60 on Amazon.

Library sale

I went to my library on Monday to donate some of my books, and they had a sale! No idea what these books are about apart from that the first one looks steampunkish, but hey, - you can't beat the price of 25 pence per book, right?

Kindle Freebie

I Am A Reader, Not A Writer is hosting a giveaway to promote this book. Twitter entry was mandatory, so I couldn't enter, but hey, the book is free on Amazon and sounds intriguing :)

This is it. How was your book haul this week?

Music Video

Very much feel good, summery music...
Happy Sunday!

  3. I did not drag you kicking and screaming and you know it! :p

Also, also.. GLASS BOOKS! I love that one. It's so.. FECKING WEIRD. So desperately want to get my hands on book two. My review of Glass Books from my steampunk feature. I honestly think I could write a better review these days but if it convinces you to read it at all then it's all good.

  7. Melliane, so great! I love covers for this series - whoever did them is an amazing artist. Hope you enjoy it too!

Mel, what miserable weather we're having! Again. I'm supposed to go bowling today, and I really really don't want to!

Hannah, LOL! You see, even Ellie agrees with me :) I did see your review when I was adding this book to my Goodreads TBR, and it cheered me up. We love weird :)

Yiota, I think UK libraries are not as good as US but we're trying :) and I did notice Frequent Traveller because of the striking cover at first.

  20. You need twitter! It's easy and you don't have to spend a lot of time on there. :)

I haven't read the 50 Shades books but I'm starting to weaken. I hope you have fun in Portugal!

  21. i know you are right, but it scares me :))) I just think how much more time I'll spend online going through the blogs, blogging and being on twitter... and it's just like a big black hole ;)) I'm sure I'll get there eventually :)
