The Postman Knock #42
Forty second edition of the postman knock is the one where I'm telling you I am insanely busy for the next two weeks, peeps :)
My mom, whom I haven't seen for 4 years has come to visit England for the first time, so my social calendar is packed. We are doing something almost every day, and my feet are killing me.
Apart from that, I'm loving the time spent with her and there will be some great pictures to share in the future...
like this one...
Anyway, here is what I've READ:
I enjoyed this series immensely, peeps! I can't even add much to that, but it's engrossing and extremely entertaining, although not without its faults.
NETGALLEY:

ReplyDeleteAwww have a great time with your Mum it must be great to catch up face to face for a change especially after such a long time.
ReplyDeletePS What is going on with that Rhino!
YAY that you and your mom are together!! I can relate to not seeing your mom for so long, although in my case, it was only about a month and a half that I didn't see her. This happened when I was sent to Colombia, years ago, in order to teach English at an Inlingua school there. I had never been away from my family before (I was still single then), and I sure missed them, especially Mom!! So I'm very happy for you!!
ReplyDeleteAs for the books you've gotten, I really like the Gina Koch series, and definitely want to read it! It looks very exciting, as well as funny.
The three e-books also look good, but.....I don't read e-books, so....
Thanks for sharing, and thanks for visiting and commenting on my "Stacking The Shelves" post!! : )
Wow! Really!?! You are getting through the Alien series. I so need to get them. *sigh* So many books!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great week.
