Christmas is always a great holiday because it's spent with family and people who will love u coz they have no choice lol
I think the best holiday I've ever had is when I went to Disney World as an adult with longtime family friends and their 17y.o. triplet boys. What a riot!
I'm confused do you mean festive holiday or vacation holiday so I will answer both I love Thanksgiving a whole holiday which is basically dedicated to eating love it. My favorite vacation is definitely Disney World!
Probably the one last spring in Cornwall. Weather was beautiful, warm, but not hot and the beautiful countryside! :) And scones! :)

My best holiday was an African safari. But this summer I'm going to Bora Bora and I'm hoping that will be AMAZING!
Spending quality time with my teenage daughter in Bangkok, Thailand. We literally shop till we drop!
Went went to Hawaii with the family in January 2011 and it was wonderful!
Goldcoast, Australia - doing all the theme parks with my boyfriend :)
I went on a cruise with my family and family friends, and it was much more fun at 15 having friends to run around with on that huge boat!!

I've had so many great vacations with the family and with friends! It's hard to pick one. I really loved visiting Charleston, SC with one of my friends and this year I'm going to Wilmington :)
Went to Disney World for the first time and I got to ride every ride I wanted to. :D
Like Sallie, I went on a cruise last year and loved it! It was the biggest cruise ship in the whole world (quite literally) and had so many activities for you to do! You could never get bored! And the food...
I also had some other families on the ship so it never got too lonely :)
Overall, such a fun holiday, I'd love to go again!
I my first year at Uni I went on a one month trip to Australia between semesters - that was amazing!!
Eight years ago, went on a Spain/Portugal trip and spend New Year's Eve/Day in Barcelona with friends!! Great night!

Last year I went to Greece and it was amazing, but probably my favourite holidays were in Australia - with a bunch of friends we'd rent a beach house and just chill out for a week. Can't wait to be able to do that again!
The trip to Hanoi, Vietnam last year. I love the food and scenery!
My best holiday was a trip to Europe. Enjoyed every minute but boy were my feet sore when I got home.

I've had some great holidays but I think my favourite was the cruise down the Nile - weather was perfect (and dry heat is my favourite), scenery was beautiful and the ruins of the ancient egyptians were so awe-inspiring! :-)
The best holiday I`d ever had was when we had a trip to the cold mountains! It`s hot where I live so it felt good to be in somewhere cold.
My favorite trip was to Paris. I love the culture and the whole place seems magical
I spent a month in England and those were the best days of my life!
Oh difficult, I think it was when I traveled to Sweeden for two weeks for the wedding of my brother. It was awesome!
I don't remember a holiday when I had fun. I usually fight with my parents on those days because everyone is so stressed to make everything perfect. LOL

Last summer I and my best friend went to Krit and we have so much fun! I hope we can find time to go somewhere else this summer too.
We went to Old Quebec for a couple of days one summer. It was boiling, but absolutely beautiful and full of life. I'd love to go again sometime.
Best holiday has to be two weeks in Ireland with a class, followed up with a family trip to Germany/France/Switzerland. Europe! Sigh.
Last year to Centerparcs. It's a place where you can stay in this cabins you can call it, in the woods pretty much where they have swim pools and restaurants and all other fun stuff to do :)
My fave memory is when my friends and I went down to the shore. First we went the wrong way on the turnpike, and then when we got there we found there wasn't enough space in the motel room. We soon discovered the closet was a walk in (go figure!) and one of my friends and her boyfriend ended up sleeping in there. Which left enough space for the rest of us to sleep comfortably!
I would have to say my trip to New York summer with a couple of friends was one of the most memorable. Partly because the trip was paid for by Vans since we won their shoe designing contest!

Awesome giveaway. One of my favorite holidays was a the Christmas I hosted both sides of the family for dinner and serves an eight course meal, while my 3 kids under 5 had the chicken poxs..it was crazy and fun and crazy!!!!
My best holiday is yet to come, I think! I want to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter one day, and I'm sure it'll be a brilliant experience! :P Thanks for the giveaway :).

Probably when we went to Baguio City and Hundred Islands in Pangasinan, Philippines two years ago with my family.
The best holiday I've had so far was one summer, the 4th of July weekend, and we had a houseful of family/friends visiting from states' away. All the smiles & fun made it a really special time.
The best holiday I've had was the previous summer - my friend and I went to Cyprus for more than a week and we indulged ourselves in all the sun and water and anciant history there! It was awesome!
My best holiday I´ve had was the previous summer when I went to Croatia and I first swim in the sea. It was awesome! (I saw the ocean before Croatia too,when I went to England, but I never swim in it). (:
In Brazil, Independence Day takes place on September 7th, so my family and I travelled to Disneyworld, and it was awesome :)
Mine would have to be a few years ago when I went on holiday to Queenstown and got to do really awesome things like drive a monster truck bus.
Last year I went to San Francisco and it was my first time out of Europe. Loved the city and so much to do, I want to go back!

Do you mean holiday as in holiday or as in vacation? Can't think of a great actual holiday, but the best vacation I took was to Cape Cod when we spent a day on Nantucket.
My best vacation was in the Bahamas with my family. White sand beaches, beautiful blue water.. it was amazing!
I was studying abroad in Europe one year. Unlike in the US, the school I was at took a MONTH-LONG Easter break, so I spent the entire month backpacking around Europe!
The best would be the road trip from the beach to the country's biggest amusement park to horseback riding.

mine was probably the 2 weeks i spent in london (and all around) doing all kinds of beatles activities for our journalism class.
My best holiday was definitely the summer my family and I vacationed to Florida.
The best one I ever had was when my family visited The Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas because it was the last family vacation I've ever had.

One of my favorite vacations was when I was 19 and me a friend went to Seattle for a week. It was the first vacation I ever took with no parental supervision and it was really fun.
My family and I went on the cruise that stopped at all these really amazing tropical islands. The food was amazing, the beaches nearly sparkled and the snorkaling was a wonderful experience I'll never forget!
I have to say the Thanksgiving we spent in Hawaii
When I went to Bali last year with college friends! We went to traditional temples, monkey forests, watched Barong and Kris Dance in Uluwatu with sunset as the background... I wanna go to Bali again!
In the winter I love to go to Lake Tahoe(or anywhere with snow) with my family. I bring my dog along too, but he does't enjoy the snow as much as I do. I try to go every year, but it's hard for my parents to find time and money for it.
When I went on my first holiday to Malta with my boyfriend (now my husband).
we went to tenerife. weather was so lovely snd sunny it was bliss!

A Christmas when all my mother's family got to together and my mother is one of ten so you can imagine how pack our house was during that party. It was chaos for almost two weeks but it was one of the best holidays ever.

I would say when we rented a house for a week on the northern California redwood coast on a bluff overlooking the ocean. I never wanted to leave!
Road trip. We went all the way from Texas to Graceland and back in this tiny Ford Mustang. Good times!

Best holiday? Ooh it's a toss up between when me and my teen best friend stayed with my grandparents in Spain. We read on the beach, went walking, all sorts, it was a lot of fun and I have great memories. Or perhaps the time myself and my dad went to Cornwall for a week at the end of an October. Lots of museums, castles.. that kind of thing I LOVED it!

Best vacation was, when I went on an exchange trip to Italy for 23 days. It was absolutely wonderful spending time with young Italian people, eating gelato (ice cream!) and getting a tan. Wauw, I miss it!

The best holiday when I was a kid was New Year's as the WHOLE family got together at my grandparent's home! We had a TON of food and played all kinds of card and game boards. AND we had a talent show. One year my grandfather put on a pink leotard and tutu, blackened out his front teeth, and sang "all I want for Christmas are my 2 front teeth"...I laughed till I cried. Sure miss those times...

Thanksgiving of 2011 was pretty wonderful as I got to spend it with my daughters, my mother, and my older brother, whose health has been bad for awhile. He was feeling pretty good that day, so it was extra special for me.

Christmas definitely! it's when I get 20 books and 40$ Barnes and Noble gift cards lol. But ignor that greedy comment. I lovexmas because it's THE ONLY time every member of my family actually sits down and relaxes!
The year I got my first Ipod touch. I have wanted one for years, and I LOVE music.
The best holiday I ever had was the year I had my son - he was born on December 16th so I really had the best Christmas present ever!
At the beginning of the month I went to Vancouver with my boyfriend to meet his parents! I had never been out of the province before so it was my first time seeing the mountains when we drove through.

The best holiday I've ever spent was the five days I spent with my best friend Fei on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. We've been best friends for 12 years now...and this was the first vacation we'd ever taken together. We danced on the beaches, experienced the wonderful warm water of the Caribbeans, and ate some amazing food. And the memories I gathered in those five days, could last me a LIFETIME :)
