The Postman Knock #66

It's still raining here! We are so behind on planting, it's scary. The rain is supposed to stop in the beginning of March, so the only good thing about it now is that it allows me to read and pre-schedule a lot of reviews, because I'll be too busy next month to read as much.
How have you been? Is it still freezing in US?

READ:

CHASING THE STAR GARDEN was another marvelous steampunk tale, and I'll be reviewing it in March. Fab adventure, definitely recommended. FOURTH GRAVE BENEATH MY FEET wasn't my favorite book in the series, because it felt very transitory although necessary, but I'm looking forward to my next dose of Charley. HERS TO COMMAND showed potential but didn't deliver, although it was sweet. DAUGHTER OF THE SWORD on the other hand delivered a nice kick. Awesome book, but not for everyone. BOUND was simply amazing. my first time with this author, and definitely not the last. THE BRONZE BLADE, at last, was a gorgeous novella from Elizabeth Hunter. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it!

FOR REVIEW:

A short story from Tracey Sinclair's urban fantasy series which I love. Thank you, Tracey! And Chasing The Green Fairy by Melanie Karsak. Thank you, Melanie!

BOUGHT:
Ouch, Bound was way too expensive for a kindle copy, and I'm just hoping I'll be able to get book #2 cheaper or as a review copy because I really want to read it! The only reason I spent money on the first one because it was a gift certificate.

KINDLE FREEBIES:

I saw Only For You through Vika's FB and Madelynne Ellis when I was looking through her list of books on Amazon UK. I don't know the first author, but Ellis writes really well, and I can't wait to dive in into this one :) At last, of course, any book by Courtney Milan is always a welcome read.

I also can not not mention my obsession with yaoi anime Ai No Kusabi and its very talented fanfiction. I've been reading it all through last week. Holy cow! I have to thank Madelynne Ellis and Russian book-related forum for this new genre to love :)

This is it for me, peeps.
Happy Sunday!
