The Postman Knock #127

Oh God, it's +40C in the shade right now. We are in a  heat wave until Tuesday, and the heat is really kicking in. We've been hiding from the sun and still managed to do enough to feel knackered in the end of the day to crawl to bed gratefully.
How was your week?

READ/LISTENED TO:

DARK HORSE was fantastic, and I already pointed it out in my review. I also enjoyed another sci-fi read, TIME SALVAGER. FALLEN CREST PUBLIC was so full of drama llama, I felt like I was permanently stuck in a strangely addictive soap opera. REMEMBER WHEN got really amusing because  Peabody started experimenting with her clothes after receiving a badge. I wasn't happy with CHAMPION OF THE SCARLET WOLF, but it was a decent read in the end. I DNFed MISTER BLACK because it started with an atrocious cliche. I finally finished listening to BLOOD SONG, and it only took me that long because I didn't like the narrator. At last, LOVE IS DARKNESS was definitely interesting, and I now want to read more!

FOR REVIEW/NETGALLEY:

Thank you, publishers! I want to catch up with the whole series, as I only read book #1 and this is a book #4, but I also know this will be an excellent read!
