The Rook is a mysterious puzzle, Starters is a dystopian, A Handful of Earth has Russian mythology in times of Mongolian invasion and Westlake Soul is about superheroes. Ember is a small prequel to Firelight.

For review

This is book #2, it looks like fantasy, and I haven't read book #1... but I'll give it a go anyway. Thank you, Berkley UK!

Bought

Karin Harlow's Enemy Lover, book #1 was very much urban fantasy rather than pure paranormal romance, and I liked that enough to go for a book #2, which has been on my wishlist for ages :)

Borrowed

Wanted to finish this series for ages, and now I can! Thanks to awesome friends :) You know who you are *wink*

What's in your mailbox, ladies and gents?

Some relaxing music and man candy per usual arrangement :)
I miss Asia sometimes...
Atesh Salih see copyrighted portfolio here has an interesting Turkish-German origin, studied martial art and is now a British actor and a model. It's the eyes, they are absolutely stunning!
Now for the books I'm expecting to be released next month...
So far, expect from the next month a guest post from an author, a Valentine Day giveaway and usual monthly features, anything else will be a nice bonus :)
This is it for today, happy Sunday!

Ps I posted Tempest on Thursday so you should get it on Monday/Tuesday.

  11. If you want to check your library/local charity shops (I found it a few times in ours) for book one of the Paul Hoffman series, it's called The Left Hand of God and they do sound pretty awesome. Worth a go!
